How quickly can my website go live?

Once we have everything we need from you, most websites are ready for review within 7 working days and go live shortly after you approve them. The main thing that affects timing is how quickly you can get us your details and feedback.

What do I need to provide?

Very little. We'll ask a few questions about your business, who your customers are, and what you want the website to achieve. If you have a logo, photos, or existing text, send them over. If you don't, we can sort that out as part of the build.

Is the website templated or bespoke?

Accepted Answer

Every website is designed for your business. We don't use off-the-shelf templates or page builders. The layout, structure, and styling are built around what you do and the customers you want to reach.

Can you use my existing logo and branding?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you already have a logo and brand colours, we build the website around them so everything stays consistent with the rest of your business.

Can you design a logo if I don't have one?

Accepted Answer

Where needed, a simple website-ready logo treatment can be included in the build. A full branding project, with variations, guidelines, and print assets, is a separate piece of work that we quote individually.

Is SEO included?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every build includes the on-page SEO foundations: page titles, meta descriptions, clean structure, and technical setup, along with Google Business Profile setup, Google Analytics, and Search Console. Ongoing SEO to improve your rankings over time is a separate service. You can read about it on our Grow page.

What does the £39 monthly fee include?

Website Care covers managed hosting, SSL, security monitoring, backups, performance monitoring, Google Analytics, minor website updates, and UK-based email support, plus a monthly GA4 performance report. It keeps your website online, secure, and up to date so you don't have to think about it.

Is there a contract?

No long-term contract. Website Care is a rolling monthly arrangement and you can leave whenever you like.

What happens if I want to leave?

You can cancel at any time. If you leave, we'll provide a copy of your website files.

Question 10

Can I update the website myself?

Accepted Answer

You don't need to. Minor updates, such as changing your opening hours, prices, or a piece of text, are covered by your monthly Website Care. Just email us and we'll take care of it, usually the same day.

Question 11

Can you help me get more enquiries after launch?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once your website is live, we can help you get found in Google, run Google Ads, and stay in touch with existing customers. You can see how on our Grow page.

Question 12

Is Google Business Profile setup included?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Basic Google Business Profile setup and guidance is included in the build, so you can show up in local map results.
