How is the winner chosen?
A random draw using an online random number generator. Every eligible entry is assigned a number and one is selected at random by the tool. There is no panel of judges, no scoring of answers, and no advantage in writing more. Every qualifying application has an equal chance of winning.

Entry is entirely free. No purchase or subscription is required and none will improve your chances of winning.
3. Eligibility
Open to UK residents aged 18 or over who own or are in the process of setting up a UK-based small business that either: (a) has no existing website, or (b) has an existing website they wish to have rebuilt and hosted by In Check Websites. Employees and immediate family of In Check Software Ltd are not eligible. One entry per business. Bulk or automated entries will be disqualified.
4. Opening and closing dates
The competition opens at midnight on 1 October 2026 (British Summer Time) and closes at 23:59 on 31 October 2026 (Greenwich Mean Time). Entries received after the closing time will not be considered.
5. How to enter
Complete the online application form at incheckwebsites.com/lp/the-business-growth-14149-giveaway-october-2026 with accurate and truthful details. One entry per business. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
6. The prize

7. What is not included
Paid advertising spend (for example Google Ads budget) is not included. Any third-party paid tools or licences beyond those explicitly listed above are not included. Professional photography is not included.
8. Prize is non-transferable
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative or any other substitute. In Check Software Ltd reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if circumstances make this necessary.
9. How the winner is chosen
The winner will be selected by random draw using an online random number generator. Every eligible entry is assigned a number and one is selected at random. All eligible entries have an equal chance of winning.
10. Winner notification and announcement
The winner will be contacted using the details provided on their application within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days of being notified, In Check Software Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner by the same random method. The winner's first name, surname initial and business name will be published on the competition page once confirmed. To request the full winner's name, email contact@incheckwebsites.com with the subject "Giveaway winner enquiry".
11. Winner's obligations
The winner agrees to participate in a public case study produced by In Check Websites. This may include a brief interview, before-and-after results data, photographs, and a written summary published on incheckwebsites.com and associated social channels. The winner must respond to reasonable requests within agreed timescales throughout the delivery period. Failure to cooperate may result in forfeiture of remaining prize elements.
12. Second Place Award
All applicants who do not win the first prize will be offered a Second Place Award: the complete package as described in clause 6 at £7,075 inc VAT, which represents 50% of the standard price. This offer: is separate from the competition prize; is available until 23:59 on 30 November 2026; is subject to limited availability on a first come, first served basis; and is subject to our standard service agreement. In Check Software Ltd may, at its sole discretion, extend this offer to more than one applicant.
13. Data protection
Personal information collected during entry will be used solely to administer the competition and to contact entrants about the Second Place Award. Your data will not be sold to third parties. 14. Governing law
